Through a statement released yesterday, the Ministry of Defense indicated it will join the investigations that have already been announced by the Attorney General´s office and the Joint Command of the Armed Forces on a video that circulated on social networks and that shows alleged military training civilians.
In its final part, the newsletter reminds the media that the Communications Law provides for the right of people to obtain information of “public importance.”
“The dissemination of the video in the media without the proper journalistic investigation generates an unnecessary alarm and discomfort among citizens,” he said.

The Defense Ministry stated that seeks to “determine who was responsible for this fact and the whereabouts of the military that appear in that video.”
