Apartments and houses of up to $ 70,000 in real estate exhibition

Real estate projects up to $ 70,000 represent 60% of the offer that is on display since yesterday in the real estate fair Habitat, according to Ricardo Baquerizo Amador, CEO of Expoplaza, organizer of the event.
This year, the exhibition, that will run until Sunday at the Convention Center, also offers more departments projects.
At least 100 real estate projects will be exposed in the fair, as well as public and private banks to provide information on access to housing credit. Among them the Biess, an entity that in 2014 granted $ 1,190 million in mortgage loans.
According to Baquerizo, the fair aims to promote the purchase of a house as a way to invest (capital gains) and to give some security to families, even in times of crisis.
