The Argentine newspaper Perfil reported Monday that the former Secretary General of the Administration of Ecuador Vinicio Alvarado, who led the campaign of current Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno, is now the “brain” of the new campaign of former Argentine President Cristina Kirchner, who is running for the Argentine Senate.
According to Perfil, that does not cite sources, Alvarado was recommended by former Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa. The newspaper also affirms that Alvarado worked for the coalition of Kirchner in the presidential campaign of presidential hopeful Danel Scioli, who was finally defeated by Mauricio Macri. He is credited, in particular, for having prepared the debate against Macri.
Before managing the campaign of Lenin Moreno, Vinicio Alvarado was Minister Coordinator of the Production in Ecuador. (I)
