The article also included demonstrations of solidarity with the population of the northern border, affected by these violent events.
The National Assembly also urges the National Government to strengthen the public policy of prevention, which seeks the internal protection of State Security and the maintenance of public order, prioritizing the monitoring of water sources and security in places of mass competition of citizens, such as shopping centers, public buildings, parks, spaces for sporting events and other public spectacles.
The Legislative included the request of Assemblyman Lenín Plaza, who requested that the security ministries, GAD and public and private entities, especially in the border area, implement and socialize the security, emergency or evacuation protocols, in all public buildings, private and places of mass competition.
The authorities should demand that in places where public spectacles and sporting events are held, security, emergency or updated evacuation protocols are available to face the threats that affect our internal security.
The Article document recommends that the Ministry of the Interior stipulate the strengthening of internal and external security of the Social Rehabilitation Centers. To comply with this point, it will also work in conjunction with the Ministry of Justice, which should also strengthen administrative and operational measures to comply with protocols for visits and internal activities in the Centers.
