Biess absent in Habitat housing fair

The real estate fair `Habitat´, which began yesterday in the Simón Bolívar Conventions Center, presents the offer of 120 housing projects with prices ranging from $27,000 to more than $100,000, according to Gustavo Molina, Marketing Managerfor the event.The exposition, which ends on Sunday, also has a pavilion where the offer of financial institutions is exposed. In this area, one of the novelties is that this year the IESS (Biess) Bank is not paticipating. Last year the entity was present in two housing fairs and participated in other two.
According to Molina, Biess indicated him “they are changing the concept of participation in real estate exhibitions”.
Omar Serrano, Representative of the members to the Biess Directory, said that this has not taken any resolution about not participating in fairs and added that dont the absence to the event could be linked to the uncertainty that have generated the changes within the entity.
