Now, citizens who are affiliated to BIESS may legally require that mortgages in their respective banks may be transferred to the public entity, despite already existed for more than a year.

The service was extended to BIESS homeownership that maintains third mortgages in the financial system, meaning that if a person wants to buy a mortgaged house (either in the BIESS or private financial institutions), may request a credit to BIESS to do so.

To do this, you must take care of yourself to know what the foreclosed homes and run with all the paperwork, since neither BIESS or financial institutions are expected to issue lists of foreclosed homes for sale.
