Bomb Explodes in Damascus School
Posted On 25 Sep 2012
This Tuesday several bombs exploded inside a school in Damascus, the capital of Syria. According to the activists the forces of the regime were making use of those facilities. The local media reported that seven people were wounded.
The activist Abu Hisham al-Shami informed Associated Press that the regime turned the “Sons of Martyrs School” into a security centre and added that the government forces used the location to fire mortars at rebellious neighbourhoods.
After the attack the government released a statement through the State-run television, that the bombs were planted by “terrorists,” a term used by the regime to refer the rebels. AV
