Posted On 16 Mar 2015
The Arbitration Commission, which will solve two disputes between La Libertad and Salinas counties, un the Santa Elena province, was established last Monday. Arbitration is referred in the law as one of the options of the “institutional resolution.”
The committee is integrated by Joyce Toro Murillo, Pedro Valverde Rubira and Diego Gomez Orejuela; and it will have about 22 days to issue a ruling.
Currently, there is almost one month left for the deadline established by the Law on Internal Limits Fixation.
