Britney on Glee

Last Tuesday, Fox premiered the long awaited Glee episode featuring Britney Spears, the show had approximately 17.000 viewers and was #1 trending topic on twitter. Brittany S. Pierce, a not so bright cheerleader who is also part of the Glee club, is played by actress Heather Morris. Morris, who is a Beyoncé former backup dancer, showed her moves while dancing Britney Spears choreographies on the episode as well as singing the I’m a slave for you,  Me against the music and Toxic tunes.

In the episode, Brittany recovers her confidence as a performer and after having anesthesia fantasies with Britney Spears, who appears on camera herself, she becomes eager to do a solo.

The second episode of Glee’s second season showed Britney Spears as a self-improvement example, even when some think she is a bad role model for young teenagers.
