Venezuelan opposition leader Henrique Capriles Radonski

This morning, the Presidential candidate Henrique Capriles, opponent of the political party of the current of President Venezuela, Hugo Chavez formalized the registration of his candidacy for the elections that will be held on October 7th.

Thousands of followers, located in eight different places in Caracas joined the march to the headquarters of the National Electoral Council.

Capriles, 39, plans to build a united country and said that Venezuelans must decide between “a stagnant present, violent and without opportunities” or progress.
