South Korea Warns of Tough Military Response to the North

North Korea could attack South Korea with Sukhoi Airplanes (June 12, 2012)

According to Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), North Korea has sent dozen of Sukhoi and MiG north Korean air fighters close to the border of South Korea.

The initial report came from an unnamed officer from South Korea, who states that North Korea might be sending warplanes as part of an inspection. Yet, the officer states that South Korea is very alert for some sort of provocation.

Meanwhile, in the US Military in South Korea is asking the Pentagon to backup the country by giving them more helicopters, airplanes, and missiles as part of a defense system. (LC)
