Charlie Sheen’s new sitcom ‘Anger Management’ got a renewal deal of 90 additional episodes. The order surpasses the standard one-season 10-15 episode renewal in cable television.

The renewal comes with a new addition to the cast of the sitcom. Martin Sheen will be reprising his role as Sheen’s father, playing dad to his real-life son.

Anger Management emerges as the highest-rated new comedy series on cable in 2012, with an average 4.53 million total weekly viewers.

Charlie Sheen portrays a former professional baseball player whose own rage issues ended his career and led him to become an anger-management specialist offering non-traditional therapies. AV
