Citizens denounce that Rafael Correa demands to channel the aid through the State

Diego de la Cruz, director of Think Tank Civism, denounced Tuesday March 19 on his Twitter account that the president of Ecuador Rafael Correa requires that all humanitarian assistance must pass through the state to reach the survivors.
“The Ecuadorian regime prevents companies and citizens to directly provide help to the victims. It demands that all passes through the state,” said Diego de la Cruz.
“The Bolivarian dogmatism reaches this point. Sad, very sad,” he said.
These complaints are given after Rafael Correa thanked Brigade members of Peru who came to Ecuador to help.
“Many thanks to the support of Peru, as well as the support and solidarity of President Ollanta Humala,” said the president during a visit to the affected province of Manabi.
