CNE is Delayed Again

Again, the National Electoral Council (CNE) violated the dates given in the review of 100% of the firms registration of political organizations, which should have ended yesterday. Still do not know the new date.

According the political movement  Concertación, the delay is caused by new computer system failures. Juan Carlos Solines, president of the organization, said that during the reprocessing of their signatures the computer system crashed at least fifteen times.

Solines showed, through photographs, the clerks comparing how firms of different people to reject accessions, while Cesar Montufar, presidential candidate of the movement, said that violated the order of the Council on the use of cell phones and digital cameras.
