CNT planned to end 2018 with 200 teleworkers

From Wednesday, May 23, the National Telecommunications Corporation (CNT EP) incorporated telework as a new work modality, after having completed a pilot plan in the last quarter of 2017 with successful results.

It is the first public company that officially adopts this labor policy that aims to end 2018 with 200 teleworkers nationwide, according to an institutional statement.

The officials who will apply this modality met psychological evaluations and parameters of work excellence.

The company emphasized that they maintain the same rights and obligations as other employees. Worldwide, it has been proven that teleworking reduces plant expenses, environmental impacts and stress levels. It also increases productivity, improves the quality of life and allows more people to be hired from priority care groups. (I)
