Commission gives way to report on the Law of National Service Management of Identity and Civil Data

Captura de pantalla 2015-10-15 a la(s) 15.28.05The Law of the National Service of Management of Identity and Civil Data was taken to second debate once the Commission on Autonomous Government of the National Assembly yesterday approved the report.

The proposal provides, among other things, that a unique identification document is established to replace the identity card and in which the word sex is changed by gender.

The birth certificate of a person, that will be the only personal register with a definitive assigned number, will be issued by the doctor to bear witness to the birth of a person.
