The National Electoral Council (CNE) has been notified by the Contentious Electoral Tribunal (TCE), which ordered Dr. Arturo Cabrera, in his capacity as judge of first instance, “to process the execution of the sentence issued by the Contentious Electoral Tribunal, the October 30, 2020 ”.
Contentious Electoral Tribunal notifies the CNE of the ruling in the Social Justice case
The CNE considers it appropriate to inform public opinion about the actions it is taking, fully complying with the judgment.
In the ruling, the TCE determined that the CNE adopt the necessary administrative measures so that the political organization Justicia Social, Lista 11, has the means to qualify the candidates on equal terms with the other political organizations.
The Contentious Electoral Tribunal (TCE) resolved to forward the complete and foliated file, together with the annexes presented by the national executive director of the Social Justice movement (list 11), Jimmy Salazar Sánchez, as well as those presented by the head of the CNE, Diana Atamaint , to the judge of first instance, Arturo Cabrera Peñaherrera.
The CNE indicates that it applies the repair following the parameters set by the TCE. (I)
