The president of the Council of Regulation and Development of Information and Communication (CORDICOM), Patricio Zambrano, who in the beginning accepted an interview with Daily “Expreso”, ended avoiding any diplomatic distress by not providing an opinion on the matter. The president of CORDICOM did not provide any response, even after 12 phone calls, and multiple text messages sent to his offices and personal cell phone. (I)
