Correa and the Latin King signal

President Rafael Correa rehearses, pictured, the crown of the Latin Kings, with the help of the young members of the urban gang.

The gang members who previously only shared photos with police officers on the events facebook webpage, received a public acknowledgement and sincere gratefullness from the president, for their cooperation in the fight against drugs and prevention.
