Courtroom Increases Paternity Pension to $292 in the Case Glas Viejo

This Thursday the 7th Chamber of the Judicial Unit of Guayas increased the paternity alimony against Jorge Glas Viejo, the amount increases from $79,42 to $292. Glas Viejo is also being sued for allegedly raping a 14-year-old minor.

Maritza Bravo, the defense attorney of the teenager’s mother, assured that the Court accepted that the child be enrolled in the Civil Registry under the name Glas. This last notification would be confirmed by the civil entity in the next few hours. AV
