The PSC’s presidential hopeful, Cynthia Viteri, announced yesterday the creation of a national nursery school program that would generate 50,000 direct jobs and provide care for 200,000 children.
The proposal was announced at the Aunt Susy children’s center in Quito. He said this would benefit single mothers and low-income working who are included in some of the programs to combat poverty.
The program will be implemented in private homes.
Accompanied by her binomial partner, Mauricio Pozo, she also participated in a forum organized by the students of the Catholic University of Quito.
Viteri exposed four axes of her government that will empower and support families.
She said that in addition to eliminating taxes, she would raise wages, reduce production costs and fight corruption, for which she committed to prosecuting these acts as crimes against humanity.
