Daniel Noboa, a 35-year-old young man from Guayaquil, is the candidate for the presidency of the ADN alliance, formed by the parties, People, Equality and Democracy (PID) and the Mover movement (formerly Alianza PAIS).

Despite his short political career and not having his own party, the candidate caused a surprise in the elections of August 20, 2023, by going to the second round in second place.
One of the high points of his campaign in the first round, according to analysts, was his outstanding participation in the first presidential debate.
Noboa is the son of businessman and five-time presidential candidate Álvaro Noboa. He was elected assemblyman for Santa Elena in 2021. He is married to the ‘influencer’ Lavinia Valbonesi who has been a fundamental piece of his campaign. Like his mother, Annabella Azín, who has focused on health issues.
If elected president, Daniel Noboa will be the youngest president to hold that position.
