Deadline for Registrations at the CNE

Until midnight tonight is the deadline for political groups to deliver registration or re-enrollment applications in the National Electoral Council (CNE for its Spanish acronym) to participate in next year’s elections.

So far, eleven national organizations: six political parties and five movements, have been approved.

The CNE has until this August 17 to qualify or disqualify groups that are pending or on a delivering process of the required signatures demanded by the law. (MZ)
