Decree regulates the use of homes and vehicles of the Ecuadorian Army and Police
The Ecuadorian president, Rafael Correa, signed an Executive Decree in which regulated the use the common areas of the Army’s headquarters and the Police’s establishments. This Decree was established with another agreement, this past Tuesday, March 1st, by the Ex-Minister of Defense, Fernando Cordero, before he resigned his post.
In the first article of the Decree, signed on March 3rd in Zamora and published yesterday, established that the two institutions should not distinguish differences between the staff, officials, and troops, regarding the access and use of common areas, recreative centers and similar”. (I)
