Diana Movie Poster Removed From Outside Tunnel Where Lady Di died
Posted On 02 Oct 2013
A poster of the film “Diana” was removed from the l’Alma bridge in Paris, very close from the tunnel where princess Diana died in Crash 16 years ago.
This adverse coincidence brought unease in some British media, forcing the company Le Pacte, responsible for the distribution of the film in France, to abolish the ad to avoid controversy, which location attributes to a “unfortunate” accident.
Until today, the poster could be seen a few meters from l’Alma bridge, which crosses the Seine River, and where every year followers of the Princess of Wales come to lay flowers where she died on August 31 1997 in a traffic accident.
The film ‘Diana’ was directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel and starring actress Naomi Watts.
