Disagreements slow down again the prepaid medicine bill
The ruling bloc took about an hour and 15 minutes to agree on the drafting of Article 8 of the bill that regulates prepaid medicine companies. After the break, it was established that the minimum capital for the establishment of these companies will be $ 1 million, with the possibility of increasing. The report of the Health Commission, that processes the bill, proposed a capital of USD 800,000.
Despite this, the final vote was not carried out due to “problems with the opening of the text” in some emails of some legislators. It is not the first time that the final vote on this bill gets stuck. On June 14 the session was not installed due to the absence of quorum.
