District Office Started Investigation Due to the Hacking of the City Hall Webside

This afternoon the general district of state performed the first meeting between Atty. Margarita Neira and the CIO of Guayaquil city hall, Xavier Salvador Plaza.

Soon after the investigation process regarding the infiltration that the municipality suffered last august 8on behalf the group Anonymous.

After the meeting, Salvador addressed the media and stated “the idea is to collaborate with the district office investigation.”  The felony was to avoid that the people cannot access the public information of the Guayaquil City Hall, and ratified that there was not any manipulation with the information of the webside; they just changed the main page with advertisement of their plans with a YouTube link.
