Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic defeated world number one Rafael Nadal by 6-3, 6-4 thus winning the Tennis Masters Tournament. Yesterday Djokovic gave the Spanish player a lesson of power and precision and retained the championship title at the World Tour Finals, which won for the third time, closing the men’s season tour.

Djokovic dominated the action from start to finish and won with surprising comfort the 39th duel between the two best players of today.

Playing a high-level tennis, Djokovic reached an advantage of 3-0, but then lost the next three games when Nadal corrected their actions.

Serbian came back on the front and dazzled by his style in the eighth game, producing a perfect lob and then go to the net and win a spectacular exchange of volleys with Nadal.

Unusual mistakes from the Spanish allowed Djokovic to take control early in the second set. The Serbian did not slip and stayed in front for the remainder of the meeting.

Nadal gave a recovery while trailing 2-4 and saved two break points, but in the end there was no way to stop Djokovic sealed an emphatic victory in his third point for the match.

Although with this tournament the professional season is over, Djokovic will have another challenge this weekend in the Davis Cup final against Czech Republic .
