‘Doubts’ on Coca Codo, until the settlement of the contract

His wife congratulated him with a kiss and several workers shouted: “Viva Ecuador.”
Thus, the regime inaugurated the first phase of the turbines of this work, “Ecuador’s largest energy infrastructure,” was the title of a vice presidency bulletin.
This is considered the most important because by the government because it can produce 1,500 megawatts (MW) of power. Its cost amounts to $ 1,979 million.
The turbines will generate 750 MW, equivalent to 15% of domestic consumption, said the technicians.
The construction of the plant, located between the provinces of Napo and Sucumbios, began in July 2010.
