Dozens of Flights Suspended due to Chilean Volcano ash in Brazil

Ash from the Chilean volcano Puyehue cover 70 percent of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, bordering Argentina and Uruguay.
About 80 percent of all flights scheduled for today at Salgado Filho airport, the most important of Rio Grande do Sul, are canceled.
In the Sao Paulo International Airport 6 and 2 flights, scheduled for this morning, to Argentina and to Uruguay were canceled. At the same time it was canceled flights heading to the south of Brazil, reported Infraero, the state-owned air stations.
Meanwhile, Tom Jobim Airport, in Rio de Janeiro, postponed until further notice the departure of five flights to Argentina and Uruguay, as well as others to Rio Grande do Sul.
