For some people, waiting in those conditions became tradition, such is the case of Doris Santillan, a resident of northern Guayaquil, who says : “it is my habit , I always get up early , one must be organized. I’m here since 05:15 , I come up with just the right money amount, just in case they do not have spare change when collecting.”
To carry out such payments, people should address the following tips:
- Taxpayers that pay up to $ 50, get a 20% discount.
- Taxpayers that pay up to $ 1000, get 10% discount.
- One must also consider an bonus 10% discount over early payment mode , ie, those who pay their taxes within the first 15 days of the present year. After January 16 , that discount lowers to 9%.
