DSK Case: Diallo Asks For Another Prosecutor

Kenneth Thompson, Nafissatou Diallo’s lawyer, wants to declare the incompetence of New York’s prosecutor for the DSK case, and on Monday he will ask the judge to appoint another prosecutor for the case.

“Diallo wants Dominique Strauss-Kahn to be found guilty and punished with the fullest extent of the law, with both criminal justice and civilian,” said Thompson hours before a new meeting between Diallo and the Manhattan District Attorney.

“She should not see eliminated her right to trial by the prosecutor’s office in Manhattan,” said the lawyer, who feared that DSK’s charges are withdrawn at the hearing scheduled for Tuesday.
