Earthquake of 5.1 degrees shook Guayaquil

From different cities of Ecuador was reported a strong earthquake a few moments ago.

The Ecuadorian Geophysical Institute issued an official statement saying that the quake was felt in Guayas and Azuay.

Through the twitter account @ IGecuador, the entity reported: # QUAKE Preliminary 2014/03/14-15: 53:55 Magnitude: 5.1 Depth 52.32 km GUAYAS.

According to ECU911, there have not been emergencies registered because of the tremor in Guayaquil so far.
