Ecuador teamed up to help victims

They were four. Then, they became ten, dozens, even hundreds of people with a single mission: to build a bridge of solidarity from Quito to the Ecuadorian coast.

“We are all against time. They are waiting for our help,” said Belen Campana, college student, while passing from hand to hand bags full of supplies. The human row was extending over the Amazonas Avenue, from the Cruz del Papa to the south. Throughout Sunday more supportive people arrived.
