Ecuadorian recycler produces energy with the garbage he collects
Like a ” mad scientist “, a recycler and street dweller from Ecuador makes objects that generate energy using the waste he recycles from the streets of his city . In social networks it has already become a trend , some celebrate that with so little they can take advantage of the garbage.
Luis Antonio Rocha made a wind turbine with his own hands , which could be classified as ” homemade “, since all he had to do was use some plastic propellers , a used tire , a connector cover and a battery to start up his modest invention .
The Ecuadorian inventor says that with this he produces enough energy to charge a battery that gives him light and thus work at night. His peculiar story became viral on the TikTok social network after a user documented it in short videos showing how he makes different kinds of items .
Precisely, one of the content creators went to the place and asked him how he transforms the different types of waste into products that work and produce clean energy.
“A man says: ‘The poverty of the rich is the wealth of the poor,'” Rocha said in a video published by the user ‘El Solador de Negocios’.
This recycler is 46 years old and says that in the streets he finds different things that are thrown and with these he is already producing his own ” electric skateboard “. He explains that through friction the battery is charged, which allows it to keep moving, although he still lacks tests to make it work successfully .
Likewise, with a radio and a crank , he managed to turn on a few LED lights through the kinetic energy and the impulse he gives it with his arm . Like this one, he has many other inventions that he makes in his humble workshop , surrounded by garbage and some rubble.
This has already caused the reactions of different people, the videos have reached more than 60,000 views on TikTok and another video on Facebook, in which he recounts how he does each of his “gadgets”, has the interaction of more than 14,000 users.
