Ecuadorian Referendum behind the Lookout for the OAS

The Supreme Electoral Tribunal of Ecuador invited the Organization of American States (OAS) to participate in the observation of the next referendum to be held on May 7^th where, among other things, it will be decided a new reform for the justice system.
