Ecuadorian violinist to be part of the Orchestra of the Americas

The violinist Albaya Layana Izurieta, a student at the School of Sound Arts of the University of the Arts of Ecuador (UArtes), has been selected to be part of the Orchestra of the Americas (YOA), reported on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 that center Educational in a statement.
With the YOA, the Ecuadorian will participate in a tour of the Southern Cone during July and August of 2017. The violinist, originally from Guayaquil, began her musical studies at the age of 6 and has participated in several seminars and music festivals inside and Out of country.
These include the First Encounter of Choirs and Orchestras for the Bicentennial (Colombia), Violin Improvement Seminar (Venezuela), First International Meeting of Children and Youth Orchestras (Argentina), Idyllwild Arts Summer Camp (USA) and Premier Orchestral Institute (USA), Chamber Music Camp (USA) (I).
