El Universo Case: Henry Moran Will Replace Jugde Gamboa

Attorney Henry Moran is the deputy judge that will replace Stevie Gamboa in the Second Criminal Chamber for the appealing process of El Universo case  newspaper.

Meanwhile Gutemberg Vera will continue to defend the Ecuadorian president Rafael Correa in the appealing hearing against El Universo newspaper to be held next Tuesday. Gamboa requested yesterday to be removed from his charge, but the Judicial Council perceived that action as an “excuse.” (AV)
