Employers shall affiliate bricklayers

The Article 14 that rules labour relations in the construction sector, indicates that employers must register their employees in the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security (IESS).

Francisco Vacas, Minister for Labour Affairs, explained that there must also be a discontinuous eventually contract, which can last from 1 to 180 days.
