Enrique Herreria sees Alberto Dahik as a government spokesperson
The executive director of the Observatory of Human Rights and Justice, Enrique Herreria, said that President Rafael Correa, after granting pardons, amnesty and all kinds of political and judicial benefits to former vice president Alberto Dahik (1992-1995), has brought him to Ecuador to become the spokesman of the government, to prepare Ecuadorians on the economic crisis.
At his discretion, the regime intends to subject to the recommendations of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Dahik is doing his part well.
Herreria said this morning that they are preparing the country to take adjustment measures that have been identified by the IMF, and are becoming indispensable “for the irresponsibility with which Mr. (Rafael) Correa has administered for nearly nine years the fiscal policy, something that is also affecting the private business sector.”
