Fabricio Correa will not be the one who sue the Government

Joffre Campaña, lawyer of the  COSURCA Construction clarified that this firm will be the one who sue the Ecuadorian Government to the Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), instead of Fabricio Correa, President Rafael Correa, older brother, because “he hasn’t presented any legal action related to COSURCA.”

As announced by President Rafael Correa in his last tv broadcst last Saturday, his brother Fabricio, have been linked to the company, which lost the case against the Ministry of Transport and Public Works in demanding compensation for unilateral termination of a contract for a work in Loja.

The National Court of Justice ruled in favor of the Ministry and denied to the brother of the president  the right for a financial compensation, said Rafael Correa.
