Fans Would do Anything for a Ticket

It was just a matter of hours needed for practically exhausted all locations of Monumental Stadium for Barcelona against Deportivo Olmedo, next Sunday (December 2).

At dawn on Tuesday, dozens of fans decided to be installed at the gates of the stadium all night, while others joined from 04: 00 am. A new group was arriving in the passing of the morning.

Members of the Marine Corps and the police arrived to the exterior of the stadium because some fans had demanded the lack of tickets and excess of sale of these resellers.

In the restaurant ‘Pollos a la Brasa Barcelona’ ticket sales started at 08: 30, however, the row of fans waiting to buy a ticket bent two corners an hour before the dining room to open its doors.

A similar scenario was experienced at the Mall del Sol where hundreds of “barcelonistas” stormed from 10: 00 am.

The day of the duel against Olmedo, is set for this Sunday, at 12: 00, in the Monumental Stadium. However, as you have been know by the Canarian leadership, this could change to Saturday, depending on the result between Deportivo Quito and Emelec, tonight.
