Feria de Durán, the most prominent asset of the first public auction of 2018

The 36 hectares of what was the Durán Fair site were sold in the first public auction 2018 of the Public Sector Real Estate Management Service. The land was acquired at USD 9.8 million. Durán Fair held its last edition in 2013 when it was already in the hands of the State. Currently its facilities look abandoned, full of weeds and serve as warehouses. (I)
