FLAR approves $ 637.8 million loan for Ecuador

Ecuador will receive a loan from the Directory of the Latin American Reserve Fund (FLAR) for an amount of 637.8 million dollars.
The approval of this loan has a payment term of 3 years with 1 year of grace to pay the capital, informed the Bogota-based agency.
The document states that at a meeting held on October 2, 2017, balance of payments support credits were approved for the Central Bank of Costa Rica for US $ 1 billion and for the Republic of Ecuador for US $ 637.8 million. (I)
