Fleitas front of Club Sport Emelec
After Juan Ramon Carrasco presents his resignation as coach of Club Sport Emelec, the management of this soccer club appointed former Uruguayan-Ecuadorian player Marcelo Fleitas Silveira, as the new coach of the team.
Nassib Neme, president of Emelec, announced yesterday that having Fleitas as new coach has a special significance, because retires as soccer player and debuted as a strategist in the same soccer club.
Felitas, who will serve as coach for the next thirteen months, said he will work with the Ariel Lema as physical trainer, Daniel Omar Insaurralde as an assistant and Omar Dobler as goalkeeping coach.
The ex soccer player graduated as Technical Director (soccer coach) four years ago, after receiving a distance education course in the Argentine Football Association (AFA).
