In an interview with Steve Forbes, editor in chief of Forbes, a magazine that serves in the business world reference, which distributes 900,000 copies worldwide, commented on the situation of companies in Ecuador and its prospects for international growth and insisted that the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) is positive move and therefore Ecuador should reconsider the possibility of negotiating a new agreement with the U.S.

According to Forbes, in order for the CEO of a company experiences its growth, it must implement a developing strategy and effective communication of its vision through the organization, it must also earn and maintain trust at the same time be able to delegate tasks and give them a follow-up.

The analyst added that the global economy will continue to grow as well as the economy in Latin America. “The key to growth is to remove regulatory and tax barriers, so that entrepreneurs can focus on initiating and promoting business rather than face onerous regulations and taxes,” said Forbes.

The interviewee added that if Ecuador promoted reforms to develop the financial sector, reduce restrictions for starting new business and foreign trade barriers, the country would grow even more and depend less on the energy industry.
