French Justice Surrenders ETA Member to Spain

Juan Maria Mujika to be extradited

The appealing court of Pau, ordered the delivery of an alleged ETA terrorist, Juan Maria Mujika Dorronsoro to Spain. Dorronsoro was apprehended last July 4. The court of Pau requested his extradition last Tuesday.

Mujika is being accused of belonging to a commando unit of the Basque terrorist organization ETA. Mujika was in charge of securing transportation, and delivering explosive materials for attacks.

The terrorist had previously escaped on January 2010 to avoid a Civil Guard operation, in Lizarza, Guipuzcoa, where the ETA unit of transporting explosives was disbanded. (AV)
