French President Was Grabbed by a Citizen

On a visit to the village of Brax, south of France, President Nicolas Sarkozy was attacked by an unknown man who pulled the lapel of his suit, while he greeted a group of citizens, which caused the president to lose his balance.
Images show how the assailant was subsequently clamped by a group of bodyguards of the president, who was doing this visit on his way to attend a general meeting of mayors from the region he belongs to.
Immediately, the assailant was detained temporarily. (BG)
