Posted On 14 Oct 2015

antenas-de-radio-ecuadortimes-ecuadornewsThe Regulatory Council of Communication (Cordicom) last week approved another regulation for the communications bill, required by the Communication Act for television, radio and certain audiovisual systems by subscription.

The legislation provides that the frequencies will be awarded after a contest, in which several requirements must be met, including the presentation of the communication bill

The regulation defines it as the “proposed programming content.” And repeals other that was issued in June by the Cordicom.

The resolution, enacted last October 6, indicated the rating parameters by media type of the bill. The repealed one did it in a more general way.
