Gabriela Pazmiño: “I’m a ‘popular’ hostess and I will not lose that essence’ 

Gabriela Pazmiño, the TV hostess who surprised last week by joining the morning program ‘ En Contacto,’  says that her incorporation to Ecuavisa was unexpected but desired, since the TV network always had an ‘aspirational’ halo towards her.

The hostess, affected after the abrupt termination of her contract TC Television last October, believes in new opportunities and says she will provide the program with a bit of her style. She acknowledges that she has always been linked to entertainment and a different cut to the ‘status’ of her new channel.

“I’m a hostess of a more popular cut, that has allowed me to get here, and I think you should never lose your essence,” says this 40 year old Guayaquil native. “The channel does not intended that I change, but I have to adjust to a direction.” Says the TV personality, who will take part in the new season of the program starting on Monday April 11.
